Born in Boston and raised across South America and Europe, Franco discovered his passion for regenerative medicine at just 13 years old while studying in Brazil. His mentor introduced him to the groundbreaking work of Dr. Arnold Caplan at Case Western Reserve University. This research would shape his entire career path.
Today, at 24, Franco leads Asclepii with a clear mission: make advanced wound care accessible to everyone, everywhere. A decade after his first days in a Cell & Molecular Biology lab under Dr. Ana Claudia Oliveira Carreira at the University of São Paulo, that promise has grown into a company now healing thousands of patients across hundreds of provider networks — united by a shared belief that healthcare should be built on wellness, not profit.
